OUR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

We offer various pipework fabrication from stainless steel, mild steel schedule pipe and coated pipework depending on the industry use. All our pipework is fabricated in accordance with our own weld procedures in both TIG and MIG welding methods.

We are able to deliver all types of steel fabrication from unique pieces to building beams, structures and large access platforms. We work with structural engineers to provide appropriate calculations where required and manufacture to BS-EN1090 structural steel regulations.

Our experienced team of mechanical engineers have over 50 years combined experience in the mechanical engineering industry. We are able to install, service and repair mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, pumps and valves.

We offer a competent team to complete on site mechanical work in all sectors of engineering. Our team are highly qualified and able to carry out site services in the water, food and aggregate industry. Our dedicated team are also able to carry out site specific tasks such as confined space entry's, working at height and working with pressurised systems.

At BSW Fabrications we are able to offer computer aided design services for our manufacturing. Trained members of our team work with our customers to create detailed 2D, 3D and rendered designs enabling our customers to receive a visual representation of what they are acquiring ensuring the product is tailored to their needs and suitable.

Our HIAB lifting service is a key part of our business and ensures our team are able to work safely and productively when installing our manufactured products. This service is also available to customers and does not require other services of ours. The team are often installing pumps, blowers and other mechanical equipment using our own HIAB which is regularly professionally inspected according to LOLER regulatiuons.
